The solution that we have developed has certain characteristics that makes it more versatile and easier to operate.

It has been developed specially for the needs of RENFE in Spain.

Their fleet of trains include trainsets from many different manufacturers and for that reason, until now, the front cleaning was not properly solved.

It allows also the train to use its own traction during the whole washing operation, and the washing process is guided and controlled by the train driver from the cabin through an APP.

Whashing plant for Renfe Viajeros

TRIA commercializes high efficiency washing tunnels for railway vehicles and adaptable to the needs of each trainset configuration.
The plant is modular and is designed according to the functional requirements established by RENFE Viajeros for its fleet.
It can be configured to work under catenary in tension or without a catenary.

The washing tunnel cleans all the parts of the train: upper, front, rear and sides.
Actually there are 2 washing tunnels type TRIA installed for RENFE : the first one in Bilbao and the second one in Irún.
TRIA continues developing its washing tunnel technology based on a 10 years experience in maintenance and rehabilitation of these kind of installations for Renfe Fabricación y Mantenimiento and Renfe Viajeros.
